1. Carry global VM Local Guidelines to local arrangements.
This includes all the Theme launching set up, preparation, Producing execution, data preparing.

2. Carry and maintenance of window animation displays adjusting them to the type and merchandising of single stores.

3. Set up and maintain instore VM of the category implementing the global guidelines and design inputs, based on sales trends, market perculiarities, customer target and reference competitors.

4. Solve specific store visual merchandising challenges that require adaptations including store size and merchandising/inventory level.

5. Coordinator Training Program set up and Carries out the Training.
Coordinator team daily supervising for touch up stores. (8people)

6. Local VP Creation, VM Prop, Visual design by local.
Supervising the production vendor for execution, Store setting process.

7. Carries out Local VM programs to Concentrate on instore staff training to maintain store environment : Establish & Lead the KR Local POS Training system..

8. Yoobic (Store training APP program) Execution :

Check VM statue and give effective feedback considering VM standard and each store’s environment. (Every 2weeks)
Incl. the VM local contents touch up in the key stores at least every week.
1) to train the key stores.
2) to get the local training contents to spread them to all POS.
3) to make the stores can execute the Yoobic program.

9. Store opening (set up in the store) / VM Props inventory follow up / Invoice

- 8 -11 years of relevant experience
- VM knowledge : Ability of POS touch up skill
- Excellent Computer skill (ILLUSTRATOR,PHOTOSHOP,Exel)
- Good Communication skill in English
