- Plan yearly programming and develop fresh training course
- Plan a training of new product
- New BA basic training
- BA field training
- Arrange training materials required from Brand
- Prepare documents for communication and translate all the training module
- Supply information of product and competitors from counter and report it
- Develop sales talk to improve BA’s sales skills
2. Supervising for BA
- Plan field coaching and manage BAs
- Close communication to motivate BAs to offer customers, their best services
- BA Evaluation (Mystery shop results analyzed and action plan proposed to BM and follow up)
- Responsible for BA hiring and rotation
3. Complaint handling
- Settle and manage the customer’s complaint
- Give clear guidelines for complaints and training for claim handling know-how

- Attend brain storming for training module
- Conducting training for Cosmetic brand BA
- Induction training
