1)Buying/Merchandising
•Is responsible for the products order and, in cooperation with Retail Planning Function, for the establishment of the products quantity among the entire Area/Region of Responsibility
•Defines, following Merchandising guidelines and in cooperation with Retail Planning Function, the products order and the seasonal replenishment for the entire Area and the single store
•Purchase budget forecasting planning by season with Retail Planning Function.
•Completing order & review actual purchase according to budget by category.
•Follow up of stock delivery schedules and portfolio orders
•Ensure that all stores receive the correct level of stock within the store events, festival promotion and sales peaks, and allocate stocks to support the events
•Prepare all the monthly reports per networks with qualitative comments with the analysis focus on stocks level and sales trend per product line.
2)Market and Product Analysis
•Performs analysis, through a stable presence in the stores of his/hers Area of Responsibility, the market distinctiveness in terms of trend, competitor positioning and customer characteristic
•Is present in the stores to verify the product sales, the appropriate assortment and the products display
3)Visual Merchandising
•Periodically transfers to Visual Merchandising necessary product information for a cohesive product display inside the store and on the window. The information are based on the sales trend, the customer characteristics and the market
4)Product Training

•He/she has a thorough knowledge of the history of costume and luxury
•Passion and high motivation towards the Luxury environment and its Brand and products
•Good analytical ability and data analysis
•Aligned to the Brand identity and detail oriented, with strong coaching and communication skills
•Strong Product Knowledge and passion for luxury goods
•Significant retail experience, with outspoken leadership and management skills
•Excellent English knowledge and Ideally multilingual
•Good computer literacy
