-Create strategic sourcing plans, sourcing reports and documentation

-Negotiating contracts with suppliers including costs and terms of supply, service and quality

ㅁ Purchase & Cost Management
-Reviewing purchase requisitions and make sure those adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations
-Review cost justification

ㅁ RFP Process
- Submit a request for proposal(RFP) to vendors

ㅁ Supplier Management
- Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities
- Support D&L supplier review

ㅁ Others
- Train employees for procurement system (SAP Ariba)
- Lead media buying

• 3+ years of Indirect procurement experience in fast moving consumer goods industry or cosmetics industry (beaty or fashion industry preferred)
• Good knowledge and work experience in logistics & media buying
• Familiarity with sourcing & vendor management & proficiency in sourcing software
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
• Strong project & risk management
• Good analytical skills & strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities & communications skills
