•Improve business results by identifying problems, finding opportunities to improve current processes, and developing programs.
•Collaborate with Sales, Brand marketing, Trade marketing and external partners.
•Integrate information from disparate sources of data and identify key insights and opportunities.
•Drive analytical, fact-based consulting around key sales initiatives.
•Manage the timely/accurate communication of business reports to all relevant departments across PR Korea.
•Draw conclusions from data and summarize into clear recommendations to drive growth.
•Be responsible for promotional analysis/evaluations to drive KPIs to optimize investment
•Provides input to support - Account Plan / Business Plans, Volume Submissions, Trade Spend Management, Sales progress vs Budget
•Manage and develop customer administration: Contracts, Pricing Adjustments, Customer Listing Base / Distribution, Trade Promotion effectiveness.

•Experience : 4~8 years of related experience in Trade marketing, Commercial & Sales Planning, Key account management.
•Education : Bachelor’s degree.
•Language : English & Korea verbal and written communication skills
•Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work

•A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
•Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
