- The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong background in financial modelling.
- He or she will be responsible for the development of a financial model able to analyse the future expected cashflows from the project.
- As a core member of the team, this would involve obtaining a detailed understanding of all the assumptions and comparables relevant to build a coherent and logical financial investment model with relevant layers of external financing.
- The model needs to be flexible to provide necessary sensitivity analyses as required by management and board.
- Whilst the candidate’s work to a certain degree will be monitored by senior management, the candidate would be expected to take responsibility for the entire process around the project’s financial model as well as checking the validity of their inputs and outputs in order to spot and correct any errors that may have arisen within the financial modeling process.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to process all available information.
- The candidate should be pro-active in solving problems that are often thrown up during a modeling exercise.
- The candidate needs to show very strong presentational skills, both written and oral in order to communicate the results of their analysis to an audience of Senior Management.

- Ideally a Korean national who grew up in Korea having a good domestic education up to the equivalent of A-level/High school.
- Good domestic or international university degree and ideally an MBA graduate.
- Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years financial services experience ideally with a leading investment bank or private equity firm.
- Equivalent of a UK minimum 2:1 university degree, preferably with an MBA
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, as well as strong written and communication skills
- Fluent English and Korean speaker able to take and give directions in English.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to work in a team environment and a desire to learn.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the use of formulae such as XIRR, XNPV, VLOOKUP, IF statements.
- As well as having a strong Excel background, the candidate would be expected to carry out targeted research in order to validate assumptions utilized within their financial models.
