• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Review existing training materials, modify and create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs, liaising with Regional and Global HQ
• Deploy a wide variety of training and coaching methods
• Monitor training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date, making updates as necessary
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions
• Conduct ad-hoc high jewelry training, offering the needed support to Boutique Manager and Sales associates in planning and developing high-jewelry sales sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
• Manage training budget

• Proven work experience as a Training Manager in hard luxury
• Passionate about fine jewelry and high jewelry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Effective command of the English language
• Mother tongue Korean
