 Write code and unit tests, research creative approaches to solving novel technical challenges, and contribute innovative ideas based on business requirements prioritized by e-commerce product owner (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus)
 Contribute code both to the Paula’s Choice e-commerce web site, other internal applications, and the ERP system
 Learn the routine production support tasks (builds and releases) and participate effectively in the weekly production support rotation
 Study and learn Salesforce Commerce Cloud OOTB features and capabilities to accommodate to business needs
 Work closely with APAC IT director and IT headquarter to understand technical implications and evaluate feasibility of required changes
 Maintain and Support e-commerce operations

 Prioritize deliverables and deliver quality features on time
 Outstanding communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels (English communication skill is must)
 Ability to lead and implement emerging technologies and innovations in mobile space.

Knowledge:
 A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
 A solid command of software design, domain-driven design, and architecture design patterns
 Advanced understanding of TypeScript and React programming best practices
 Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Javascript, and a client-side framework such as React or AngularJS
 Proficiency with mobile first design, PWA, and AMP

Experience:
 2-5 years of recent, hands-on experience in web design and development, especially React Applications.
 At least 1 year experience publishing/consuming services using JSON and REST frameworks, ASP.NET MVC, creating Web services (ServiceStack, WebAPI), messaging/service bus solutions (AMQP, RabbitMQ)
 Experience with Demandware / Salesforce Commerce Cloud Ecommerce is highly valued
