• Prepare and provide training materials and manuals.
• Execute training module and measure training performance.
• BC integration (all BC training)
• New product launching training.
• BC personalization, BC specialization, Expertise.
Identify individual BC development needs and suggest implementation action plans.
• Specific training based on company strategy or project basis.
• POS training and coaching at the counter completing field training and coaching follow-up form.
• Closely communicate and cooperate with Sales, E-com, and MKT teams to anticipate the training and product guide requirements to achieve sales targets.
: Support various company or team projects. (New product launching, all kinds of offline promotional activities, online livestream, etc.)

• University degree / College diploma (Not mandatory)
• 3 ~ 7 years’ experience in training, and retail sales in the cosmetic/consumer industry.
• Deep knowledge of cosmetology and makeup.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
• Able to speak a brand language.
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Adequate skills in PC business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
