• Business Partner:
-Works collaboratively with the central HRBP team to drive the HR strategy and lead and assist
in any key initiatives
-Actively partner, coach & develop managers to expand their people management capabilities
and practices (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, performance
management)
-Track and monitor the functional headcount and wage cost; offer insights and feedback to
Head of HR Business Partnering and functional leaders on proactive solutions

• Relevant experienced over 5 years in Human Resources responsible for HR general operations.
• Fully conversant with prevailing local HR practices, legislation, and trends.
• Self-driven and results oriented
• Good communication and inter-personal skill , Communication skill in English both written and verbal. (foreign direct manager)
• A detail-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility for data accuracy
• Service oriented, Assertive
• Diligent and meticulous with a good eye for detail.
