-Foster and nurture strong relationships with V.I.Ps, providing proactive communication and addressing their needs promptly
-Collaborate with CRM, retail and stores to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth

Creative & innovative thinking
-Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, creating memorable and unique experiences that resonate with the luxury market and elevate the brand’s image
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement creative solutions that exceed client expectations

Strategic client animation development
-Develop and implement strategic plans for client animation, including brand moment events, in-store experience, delighting tools and exclusive experiences for the top Customers
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client engagement initiatives with the brand’s overall strategy

-Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 10 years working experiences in marketing, event, CRM
-Luxury retail background is a strong plus
-Creative & innovative mindset and willing to take initiatives
-Extensive knowledge of local market
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to manage ambiguity
-Outstanding interpersonal skills and team spirit
-Fluent in English
