1. Product strategy setup by Omni-Channels
- Propose and implement a strong product strategy by Omni channel
- Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
- Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Adapt communication material (imagery, brochures, mailing, point of sale)
- Provide projects to increase the awareness of the brand in the market
2. Product order & Lifecycle Forecast
- Execute product order by month based on the understanding of market trend
- Track and analyze product performance and lifecycle
- Ensure product sales forecast accuracy
3 . Operational Marketing by Omni-Channels
- Plan campaign plans with 360marketing plan to meet the business target
- Plan out and manage the product portfolio for each channel (Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, etc.)
- Implement a competitive promotion plan for the product growth from each channel (Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, etc.)
- Monitor and manage the promotional investment (GWPs, discounts, value sets, etc.) spent to strive for product growth in each channel
- Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing objectives
4. Budget Management
- Manage local budget for leaflets & brochures production, GWP production and other promotions
경력 및 자격요건
- min 3 years experiences related with overall function of Product Management is preferred
- Cosmetics industry experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of the fast-changing distribution channels (department stores, street boutiques, H&B channels, e-commerce channels, etc.)
