1. Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan for Lacoste Digital Flagship and Digital Marketplaces’ goals and objectives.
2. Plan and execute,, optimize all digital acquisition and conversion activities.
(SA, DA, SEO, ShoppingAD, in-platform AD)
3. Manage digital marketing budget to ensure the ROI of each campaign and to reach key digital KPIs.
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
6. Manage communication with agencies and multiple vendors in order to achieve objectives.
7. Work closely with X functions and region and digital agencies to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
8. Analyze and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve website traffic with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools
9. Share digital market insights and market trends with team

1. Take the lead on the operational work of the digital branding campaigns with Marketing team. (Internal and global)
2. Challenge & validate digital media plan according to global recommandation & ECOM media reality
3. Operation preparation of the campaign with digital agency.
4. Campaign follow-up, analyze & challenge of budget spendings and first KPIs
5. Share with Lacoste Global campaign key insights

• Experience: +3 years of e-Commerce in the e-Performance marketing area.
(Working experience with digital agencies preferred)
• Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies
• Knowledge in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads
• Analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
• Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data
in a presentable and useful way
• Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to the increasing traffic and conversion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude
• Fluent in English
• Ability to coordinate a project
