1. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• Assists to define training strategy and works in collaboration with business to identify training needs
• Supports to recommend, design, develop and deliver appropriate management trainings and
development programmes to employees (i.e. onboarding program, Inductions, performance
excellence, leadership and cultural programs etc.)
• Help to select external training consultants and develops tailor-made trainings or workshop to
address special requests
• Performs and leads the group ethic and integration training and makes sure all employees are in line
with the group guidelines
• Manages the mandatory trainings from Hermes group and local legal training programs
• Arranges the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation and facilities for L&D events
• Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners and external suppliers with
agreed timelines
• Produces reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR performance indicators
• Produces and maintains accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with
procedures
2. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND EVENTS
• Collects employees’ opinions and acts as a bridge of communication between company and
employees
• Supports to makes sure that Corporate Internal local Communication projects are consistently
implemented, adapted if needed, and widely spread.
3. CSR/SD
• Supports to designs local Sustainable development actions and executes regular base local SD
activities
• Assists the global CSR project and ensures local business activities are in line with the group
recommendations
4. TALENT MANAGEMENT & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
• Ensures the Performance Management process is properly followed and implemented
• Provides guidance and timeline for the rolling-out of the Annual Performance Appraisal Review
exercise with three key processes of target-setting, midterm review and final evaluation including
360 appraisal processes

• At least 2 - 5 years of experience in L&D position acquired at a company with a strong HR culture
• Fluent and proficient communication in English
• A Certified coach and inhouse coaching experience are preferred
• Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ethical, interpersonal skills, superior communication skills, persuasive abilities, the ability to influence
and to work in a team, a good level of professional maturity in the human resources profession.
• Diligent, well organised, with acumen and an excellent ability to empathize
• Ability to generate trust and to show exemplary nature in the way of embodying Hermès values
• Quality and vitality of the contribution brought to the motivation, the involvement and the
