1. Compensation & Benefit
- Calculates the monthly salary and incentive amount for all employees and severance pay for retiring workers; files reports and processes premium payments on behalf of all employees for the four social insurance schemes; processes all year-end tax returns and external audits; and compiles the budget for labour costs.
- Define corporate compensation infrastructure and Perform C&B-related studies or projects as needed
- Manage company benefit program (ex. Medical check up, Hobby club, Employee discount program, new joiner onboarding, Group term insurance, Flexible benefit etc)
- HR Team & Personnel budget planning and reporting (Quarterly, with HR team)
2. HR Operations & Recruiting
- Recruiting and manage outsourced & subcontracted employees.
- Employee Data management aligned with 52 workweek and attendance system and annual leave management
- Manage and update employee data file in Local system and Talent pass
- Update org chart, HC status with timely manner
3. Others
- Global & Local HR Project support
- Internal company event support
- Actively supports any other HR initiatives led by the HR&GA Director
- Reports to HQ, Region and JV of HR data including employee data, HC, and C&B
