1. CRM & Campaign Management
• Take lead of CRM project set up through co work of International team & regional team.
• Identify target segment, define campaign objectives, execute and track campaign performance and analyze campaign results based on agreed KPIs
• Recommend CRM campaign strategies and collaborate with marketing and retail teams to ensure all campaigns are appropriately integrated with respect to all Customer Relationship Management programs and initiatives
• Implement a lifecycle of direct communications to existing customers and prospects aiming to drive loyalty/repeat purchase/cross-sell and conversion respectively
• VIP relationship and network development
- VIP points program managing & development
- Promote brand loyalty and assist store managers in developing relations with VIC.
- Personalize the service based on in-depth analysis of the clients to satisfying the clients.
- Partner with store managers to review monthly VIC reports to identify opportunities.
• Manage all CRM systems and work with Regional and International teams to implement system
development and share best practices
• Take lead on consumer communication & system/contents updates per legal needs
2. Data analysis and Reporting
• Using company business intelligence databases, conduct data mining, data analysis and modeling to provide insights about customer performance and isolate business trends
• Utilize the CRM output to propose relevant actions
• Identify key information metrics and execute measures to improve data quality and quantity
• Analyze essential shopping behavior for insights
• Act independently to identify and exploit opportunities for improved analysis and efficiency through better data management and analysis practices

• 4 years’ University degree is required
• Min 8 years work experience in Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics in FMCG/F&B fields
or fast leading industry.
• Experience handling enrich of CRM data handing
• Strong numeracy and ability to work productively with large volumes of data, including data mining,
segmentation, customer targeting and predictive modelling.
• Experience in market segmentation, campaign management and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in campaign management / CRM project with HQ
• Solid experience in loyalty programs, partnership marketing and international consumer marketing
• Understanding of IT backup system of CRM
• Prefer working experience in Multi-channel (on/offline).
• Positive, proactive, transparent, process oriented and enthusiastic attitude of working
• Strong team player and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse departments
• Analytical way of thinking to come up with strategies and problem-solving
• Self-motivated for improvement and willing to accept new challenges
• Fluent communication and interpersonal skills with Korean and English
