1. Public Relations
• Strong understanding of the cosmetic industry and print/digital media landscape
• Develop the quarterly and monthly communication plan and activity calendar
• Design and execute the 360° integrated communication campaigns combined with offline and online platforms, and work with external agencies on creative, digital activation and event-based projects
• Media publicity: strengthen the media publicity activities (products placement, tie-up and editorial pitch) and maintain closely relations with top-tier media
2. Digital Marketing
• Lead and manage launching products, execution of event/promotion, and development GWP in collaboration with the manager and team member
• Paid digital media operation for various platforms. (Naver Search Ads, Google Search Ads etc.)
• Manage action in terms of an omnichannel strategy
3. Manage & Plan promotion/Events/Gifting
• Channel content (product detail page, advertising content) development and update.
• Develop & proceed of promotional materials and services, such as GWP, Package, and exclusive service in Kakao channels
• Responsible of admin operation in terms of sales channel maintenance
• Day-to-day communication with Omni& MP team to manage overall brand exposure and sales in the digital channel
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to solve CS or promotion issues
4. Media & Online Channel communication management
• Lead collaboration with a magazine/ influencer and digital campaign
• Organize monthly online news plan and influencer strategy for the campaign and manage social influencer groups and seeding
5. Reports
• Provide seamless communication (email, conference calls & in-person meetings) with a global team in verbal and written English.
• Proactively lead a new project to develop locally with in-depth
• Understanding of analytic implementation & database
• Manage KPIs planning and tracking of database

• At least 10 years of related experiences
• Cosmetics industry experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of the fast-changing distribution channels (department stores, street boutiques, H&B channels, e-commerce channels, etc.)
• Strong marketing knowledge and brand strategy know-how
• Understanding of local retail dynamics and environment
• Positive, proactive, independent, transparent, process oriented and enthusiastic attitude of working
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse departments
• Analytical way of thinking to come up with strategies and problem-solving
• Self-motivated for improvement and willing to accept new challenges
• Fluent communication and interpersonal skills with Korean and English
