1)Sales Management
• Develop action plans to boost up sales trend communicating with each boutique
• Monitor and report sales trend to HQ and competitors’ activities monthly basis
• Analyze sales performance and individual sales performance
• DM, Event, and Banner negotiation
2) Boutique Sales Development:
• Analysis of Boutique & staff sales performance to propose action plans to achieve commercial targets
• Identify fast & slow sellers then recommend appropriate action
• Communicate and work closely with Retail team and Boutique Directors regarding sales activities, product training, marketing and promotional activities
• Analyze and evaluate product sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedbacks
3) Retail Business Strategy Planning
• Collect, validate, and report relevant business issues, requirements, needs, and propose solution and processes
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations, and drive actions with Boutique teams to create business value
• Demonstration of strong strategical thinking, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
4) Boutique Team Management
• Recruit boutique staffs and allocate boutique staffs properly
• Arrange interview and communicate with boutiques
• Manage HR issues for boutique staffs and report to Managing Director and HR on monthly basis
• Mid-term, annual appraisal of boutique staffs
• Manage Boutique managers by monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiate corrective or disciplinary actions
• Inspire and motivate Boutique managers in building a cohesive and productive sales team
5) Management of Care Service/after sales service Journey
• Management A to Z care service/after sales service journey across retail networks
• Actively participate in CS process updates and improvements for better client experiences in boutiques.
• Communicate and implement the International Service Policy in cooperation with retail and RCS teams and inform boutiques in timely manner.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years prior sales/business experience and background in luxury activities (retail or service) is required
A previous proven experience in People Management
Foreign languages required (English is a must)
Computer knowledge in Microsoft; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Organized, efficient, analytic English a must al-minded, detail oriented, multitasker
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a multinational business
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
