1. Coordinate with clients on shipping and billing documentation as necessary
2. Coordinate with APAC based Supply Chain team for incoming shipment requirements
3. Accompany Vice President of Korea Commercial on customer sales visits as required
4. Follow up payments from customers as and when necessary
5. Help coordinate the GTM process twice a year including management of incoming seasonal samples.

**Skills & Knowledge**
• Commercial business acumen.
• Experience dealing with customers/vendors/other parties directly
• Medium level skills in Excel and other MS office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint)
• Some exposure to POS or retail systems would be advantageous
• Bilingual Korean/English - comfortable writing English emails and at least mid-level English conversational skill
**Experience**
• Minimum 3 years working in a WHS/Retail business as a support staff
• Related job experience in a smaller sized company in the Fashion or shoes industry is also desirable.
