• Global retail program analysis and application in Korea with customization
• Online training contents review and quality control
• Store training coordination by co-working with other function
• TTT(Train the trainer) for internal trainer or external trainer
• Store sales skill program operation
2. HQ training & development
• Annual training planning and budget management
• Competency development program design
• Individual Development Planning (IDP) process
• Leadership development and Talent review
• Newcomer onboarding / orientation
• Global mentoring program operation
• Team building and culture enhancement program planning & operation
• Support Engagement survey follow up program
• Mandatory and compliance training (Korea, global) operation
• English training, etc.
3. Global & Local project
• Implement global DE&I initiatives and plan and execute local DE&I actions
• Support various company or team project and program
4.Recruitment
• Support recruitment process of permanent position and Lead the whole hiring process of temporary including dispatched worker.
경력 및 자격요건
- Retail Training 경험 우대
-At least 5~7 years of HRD/L&D experience
-Experience with working in global organization
-Experiences of retail training operation (strongly preferred)
-Fluent in English skill (Business English)
-Solid Retail and product knowledge
-Excellent communication skill
-Strong organizational skill
-Strong customer service orientation
