1. Conducting jewelry market research and analyzing customer insights to define the target audience segments and their preferences.
2. Establishing clear and measurable marketing goals aligned with the overall business objectives for Fred.
3. Choosing the most appropriate marketing channels based on the target audience's preferences, behavior, and media consumption habits.
4. Creating a consistent and compelling brand message that resonates with the target audience across different channels.
5. Executing marketing campaigns including exhibitions, events, instore event, trade marketing activities across selected channels, coordinating activities and ensuring consistent messaging and branding throughout closely working with FRED HQ.
6. Ensuring that all marketing channels work together harmoniously, reinforcing each other's impact and creating a unified customer experience.
7. Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs. This helps in evaluating the effectiveness of different channels and making data-driven decisions for optimization.
Marketing budget planning & management
1. Planning the marketing budget based on the company's marketing goals and strategies. This includes considering the scope and priorities of marketing activities and distributing the budget appropriately.
2. Allocating the marketing budget to various marketing initiatives and channels. This involves determining the financial resources required for different marketing campaigns, projects, events, and other marketing activities.
3. Monitoring and tracking the expenses incurred during marketing activities. This includes keeping records of expenses, comparing them against the allocated budget, and identifying any budgetary deviations or overspending.
CRM project planning & execution
1. Yearly campaigns in coordination with global team calendar for key consumption Periods
2. Propose CRM KPIs and set annual targets for retail at different levels
3. Development of local initiatives to enhance repeat purchase
4. Defining client lists and develop client experience strategy for drive sales and develop the HJ potential clients
5. managing CRM system for the database quality control; define and implement process and action plans in order to feed, develop and improve database quantity & quality in line with the FRED HQ’s strategy.
6. Training CRM system to support and motivate boutique that data continues to be fed into the CRM
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• 8 ~ 12 years’ experience in the area of Marketing, CRM related position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury (Fashion & Cosmetic) retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Pragmatic and result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
• Sophisticated communication skills to handle different stakeholders to get satisfaction win-win results
• Excellent people management skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels
• Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
• Able to monitor the vendors to follow the process
• Strong project management abilities: managing, communication, timelines, define clear objectives and delivering key insights
• Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
• Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills
