-Sales planning & Retail Excellence
-Ensure that stores achieve the budget plan and take necessary actions accordingly
-Monitor monthly sell-in and sell-out closely
-Tightly Manage each account business from budgeting, Forecasting through
stock management to performance and ROI tracking
-Seek for new business opportunities at the major disti. channel and
market places with the trade partners.
-People management and travel development

-10+ years’ experience in travel retail or luxury industry
-Experience as a people manager
-Proficient with excel and PPT.
-Fluent in both English and Korean communication skills
-Good knowledge in strong retail and Travel Retail industry experience
