1) Finance & Accounting
- Be responsible for monthly / year-end closing including weekly cash management
- Ensure all the reporting requested by the Regional office and the HQ with the analysis
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances as well as to advise possible opportunities and risks to the management team
- Ensure that the Korea operations comply with all social, tax, customs and legal regulations
- Lead the preparation of all budgets, forecasts
- Control CAPEX & OPEX with managing discount and margin
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- (Legal) Working with local legal firm for any contract review or legal matters
- Adhoc
2) HR & Administration
- Prepare monthly payroll data and send it to Payroll agency
- Oversee HR matters working with labor consultant
- Manage recruitment for Head Office
- Oversee office administration etc.
3) IT & Logistics
- Support stable office & storage environment with external vendors
- Project: Upon request or when necessary
경력 및 자격요건
- About 15 years’ experience in MNC, Retail industry preferred
- Preferred system experience: DOUZON(더존 아이큐브) / Oracle Netsuite
- Good communication skill with various stack-holders
- Detail oriented and Pro-active attitude
- Fluent English communication skill
- Strong skill in MS office
