Manage end-to-end payroll process including salary pay out, tax reporting, monthly closing,
severance payment, year-end tax adjustment
Update & manage HRM related documents including contract, promotion letters, personnel
changes.

Develop C&B strategies in line with both HQ & local market
Manage employee benefit programs
• Employee relations & compliance
Review & update HR policies in accordance with Labor Standards Act, company policy
enhancement, global policy alignment
Organize Labor Management Committee
Coach employees regarding HR policies and procedures
• Project management & Reporting
Lead new C&B, Payroll projects in line with the HQ and adapt to the local situations
Monitor & forecast labor cost and report budget/actual analysis
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Ideally 6-8 years of HR experiences (C&B experience is a must)Fluent English is a must.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Outstanding leadership & team management with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Analytical skills with deep knowledge of Human Resources and management concepts
• Independent, mature, and able to cope with dynamic environment
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Fluent English skill preferred
• Competent computer skills required
