• Plan and oversee boutique events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with retailers to enhance brand exposure and promotion.
• Provide support for boutique openings and closures.
• Supervise the coordination of boutique equipment setup and repairs, as well as assist in managing boutique network projects, including boutique openings, renovations, and closures.
• Prepare for monthly sales meetings.
• Manage boutique stationery, supplies, shopping bags, and box orders and allocations.
• Take responsibility for brand grooming maintenance, including uniforms, name tags, and grooming supplies.
• Configure business phone settings.
• Create and manage sales staff shift schedules.
• Handle the consignment of office and boutique staff.
• Implement and support all security measures for boutiques.
• Supply the necessary resources and support to boutiques.
• Ensure the After Sales Service workflow is well-controlled, meeting customer commitments, and maintaining up-to-date job status documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with technical service providers and boutiques.
• Adhere to company practices, procedures, and generally accepted business and technical standards.
• Manage the procurement of parts required for both the repair shop and field service.
• Facilitate smooth workflow by communicating with relevant parties, including HQ, AP, BTQs, vendors, etc.

• Degree holder
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Attention to detail, well organized, willing to learn and excellence in MS office
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and able to meet deadline
