• Manage the planning, execution, A/B testing & optimization of campaigns across digital marketing channels such as Social Paid, SEM and Affiliate’s, also including but not limited to: SEO, Social and Email.
• Maintain multi-channel marketing calendar for all campaigns and activities.
• Create campaign content briefs working with 3rd party agencies & internal teams to manage workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Complete regular performance reporting on various attribution models for all digital marketing channels to ensure strong conversion & ROAS.
• Work with the Global Digital Media Manager to develop, maintain and communicate with a base of bloggers and influencer’s, to support an outreach program for improving search engine visibility.
• Manage paid campaigns through paid channels to ensure positive return on budget.
• Work with external & internal teams to ensure all campaigns, emails & content launch & end at the correct times.
• Monitor & report regularly on industry trends.
• Regularly conduct campaign experiments to ensure the most optimized version is running at all times.
• Regularly review, analyze & report on customer journeys.
• Drive strategy & actions around achieving growth on; Conversion, Traffic & ROAS.
• Assist with tech integrations, testing & deployments
경력 및 자격요건
• Ideally over 5 years of professional experience in social media, digital ad campaigns, content marketing in agency or in-house (preferably in fashion retail industries)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Excellent networking & communication skills
• Expertise or strong interests in data analyzing with numbers, trends, and research skill
• Sufficient work experience with power BI & Google analytics
• Flexible, adaptable, problem-solving
• Must be able to perform within a fast-paced environment
