• Responsible for achieving sales and key metrics.
• Develop seasonal sales strategies and initiatives around key holidays to ensure company objectives are achieved.
• Own development of Annual Operating Plan and Open to Buy.
• Own monthly Latest Financial Estimates & Open to Buy processes.
• Own & lead seasonal buy activities.
• Build & nurture account relationships and influence them so that they understand and further embrace the brands’ vision.
• Lead effective communication with DF operators and store team to prepare the right merchandise for travel retail channel.
• Review monthly stock level and ensure to manage healthy inventory level. Find the right strategy to move slow sellers and thus reduce returns.
• Own new business development process, including executive approvals, with distributors and internal partners.
• Partner with Distributor and internal colleagues to coordinate new store openings.
• Manage legal documents.
• Be a market expert.
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree
• + 5 years work experience preferred in travel retail or wholesale business
• Strong in both verbal and written communication in English and Korean
• Knowledge of retail math
• Customer Focus and relationship building
