- Come up with yearly / monthly CRM campaign plan including new recruitment and retention program and ensure this plan well aligns with pillar marketing strategy
- Develop Insight report to evaluate each market's client development status in order to create improvement.
- Guide client development strategy through overall insight under company strategy for retail and other departments
- Lead all customer related monthly & annual promotions and evaluate the result
- Manage and monitor client database on monthly basis
- Set KPIs and track and report monthly to support target achievement both in regional level and local.
- Share and present Korea’s performance on monthly bases to APAC via online calls.
- Analyse market insight thru beaute research report to provide better understanding on market consumers.

경력 및 자격요건
• Education/Degree:
- BA Degree related to Marketing
• Background including total years of experience
- 2~5 years of experience in related field is highly preferred
• Technical skills:
- Well versed in the MSOffice suite. Expecially in Excel.
• Languages:
- Fluent in English for communication
• Soft and leadership skills:
- Enthusiastic and strong team player
- Good communication skills
