1) Monthly sales target : plan and execute action plans to achieve
2) Productivity : improve productivity
3) Business
a. Understand customer profile and store profile
b. Ensure effective management of direct corner business by obtaining information for competitors’ activity and establish new business strategy
4) Store Management : coach the stores to keep highest standards of retail working environment and efficient ways of working such as managing working schedule, employee turnover and all operation works in the stores
5) Competitors : aware of the competitors’ activity, provide suggestions or feedback in Product Decision-Making Meeting by continuous market survey for competitors sales trend and our products sales trend
6) Branding : share the vision and value of the brand
7) Partnership : ensure excellent merchandising environment by obtaining information for competitors’ activity based on cooperative relationship building with Dept. Floor Managers & Buyers
2. Lease
1) Legal consultation on draft of lease contract with external legal counsel
2) Partnership with key partners – build good relationship with Department stores
3) Establish action plan based on sales budget, margin, store size, concept, floor and store environment
4) Update competitor information and market trends
3. Staffing and Developing
1) Staffing : recruit right talent and develop them (HR supports the recruiting)
2) Developing : appraise staffs’ performance and provide an opportunity to develop their career
경력 및 자격요건
• Min 3+ years of working experience in Retail/Fashion industry
• Multinational company experienced preferred
• In-depth understading of field operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Can do approach
• General PC knowledge and computer skills
