1) Business Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare Monthly Sales meeting
- Support Sales forecast for Budgeting
- Support monthly targets and KPIs of stores
2) Store Operation
- Supervise daily operations, manage events, and handle marketing activities
- Ensures administration procedures and timing are respected in line with the global policy from HQs.
- Work closely with MD, VM and PR teams in order to ensure that brand strategies and image are implemented effectively at the store level
- Collaborate with the Shared Service to improve existing stores
3) Store opening and maintenance
- Prepare store openings with store team, relevant departments and third parties; logistics, supplies, schedule, etc.)
- Coordinate with shared service (e.g. Inventory Control, MIS and Logistics) and the store planning team for the renovation and maintenance projects.
4) People Management
- Communicate with Store Managers and Sales Associates to generate a competitive KPI and improve their proficiency and mitigate any issues or problems
- Work closely HR teams to recruit Sales staff and make effective placements of staff
- Supervise Retail Operation Executive
4) Customer Service Activities
- Liaise with HQ & Regional team for CS follow-up activities to ensure high level and consistency in service.
- Handle the CS issues and customers complaints with store teams in a timely manner
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 5~8 years experiences of retail operations including store management in retail field.
• Highly proactive and passionate in luxury
• Strong communication skills to maintain a good relationship with both store and office staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and Word
