1. BUILD VM STRATEGY FOR BRAND.COM
• Build VM strategy for BRAND.com, the window to the brand
• Understand digital branding in the umbrella of brand communication
• Deliver website VM of all metier to achieve goal set in the strategy
• Communicate actively with headquarter team to develop season’s VM guide for Korea market
• Support communication campaigns with beautiful product offering
• Improve digital customer journey by analysing VM performance and traffic KPIs
2. DEVELOP DIGITAL ASSET
• Develop digital asset by validating translated texts to be displayed on BRAND.com
• Define online terms for design assets of the brand including color H
• Be in connection with metier to source visual assets and designs to activate digital campaigns
경력 및 자격요건
SKILL & KNOWLEDGE:
In Digital or retail visual merchandising skills:
• Mature visual merchandising skills with both branding and commercial mindset
• Capable of understanding and analyzing data related to visual merchandising
Digital knowledge:
• Fast learner of digital tools and VM softwares
• Knowledge and interest in digital design is preferred but not required
REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES:
• 5-7 years experience in VM position in the fashion or e-commerce industry
• Art and design major is required
• Experience in international luxury brand is preferred but not required
• High sensitivity in beauty and art
• Strong interest in digital
• Luxury and fashion trends knowledge and interest
• Self-motivated
• Team player with humble spirit
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Korea and Business English mandatory / French optional
