1. Product Order and Inventory Operation
• Assist to Supply chain & merchandising duties.
• Operates the stock transfer in retail boutiques
• Handling of consignment
• Handling of family sales and staff sales operations
2. Logistics
• Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments for importation (products, non-goods), exportation (liquidation, defects, transfers)
• Mediate between customs broker, forwarder, check import license for every importation
• Landed cost file update (invoice update, import cost update)
• Provide export and carnet settlement, import settlement and voucher to finance dept
• Billing statement management with customs broker
• Credit note and duty, tax refund management
• Cites goods handling: application and get permission from government offices and provide to customs
• Quarterly submit export record report to finance dept
• Perform other duties as required
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain or Merchandising
• Familiar with legal regulation for Retail and Importation operations
• Retail industry experience will be advantageous
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong business acumen
• Result oriented
• Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels
• Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
• Problem solver and timely decision making
• SAP & Retail system experience preferred
