1) Commercial Management & Operational Process & policy
• Monitors daily/monthly business progress to ensure effective business management such
as KPI, strategic planning of new/renovation store, & etc.
• Ensures all the stores to comply with company operations policy and procedure.
• Improves efficiency of the operational processes for stores
• Manages/Recruits/Deals with various vendors and suppliers for stores and office.
• Offer various trainings to store staffs to execute operational process.
• Visit stores regularly to monitor operational process, performance, and KPIs.
Project & Tool Management
• Fully support Retail Operations Manager to execute various Retail Operations projects in
stores. Check status and details to execute various projects.
• Facilitate retail operations tools roadmap for the region.
• Ensure central/local co-ordination and prioritization of retail operations project
Store Back Office Team management
• Help Retail Operations Manager to build and develop a strong store team by proper
trainings.
• Help and train store sales admin staffs regarding the reports, data management and data
analysis, propositions, operations, and processes.
경력 및 자격요건
• University graduate in related disciplines
• At least 3~6 years of experiences in luxury and / or retail industry, preferably in
Retail & Operations.
• Meticulous and good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skill
• Organized and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective project manager who can handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Fluent in English and French is a plus.
