I. Retail operations support
• Support POS operations, checking and reconciling POS sales records
• Manage weekly, monthly, yearly sales report (including sales incentives, OT, monthly attendance, sales ranking, etc) and analyze KPI reports
• Prepare weekly/monthly meeting material including competitor reports
• Check and claim all the expenses from the boutiques
• Operate POS materials including packaging, VMD, hospitality tools from forecast to inventory management
• Prepare VMD report on demand and communicate with boutique
• Manage boutique uniform/stationery/supplies order and allocation
• Supervise store equipment set up/repair coordination and support store network project administrations (opening of boutiques, renovations and closing)
• Oversee day to day store operations of the boutiques and solve unresolved operation issues
• Implement and support all security measures for the boutiques
• Prepare the documents related on KPI, sales analysis, formal letters and so on
• Provide necessary resources and support to stores
• Ad hoc report requested by management
II. Training support
• Retail training coordination/communication including the relevant management of training budget, translator arrangement and billing administration
• Support on-line training (Amphi/Enlight) ID creation/deletion, training time/completion management working with region training team
