- Assist to Talent acquisition including office and DTC (store) employees
- Plan and execute training and development activities.
- In charge of submitting relevant HR reports/analysis to management and HQ and managing HR system
- Assist to organization development, facilitate growth of company culture and maintain positive employee and labor relations and communications.
- Evolves company culture through employee engagement, diversity and inclusion activities.
- Support payroll, and maintain high level of HR service and operational excellence in benefit admin.
- Support Head of HR to implement salary admin (merit, promotion, adjustment)
- Facilitates effective performance management process across the organization
경력 및 자격요건
- 3-5 years of experience in HR areas
- Effective interpersonal skills including influencing, facilitation, and conflict resolution
-Good verbal and written English communication skills
