• Maintain and managing of all 000 Korea Local IT systems supporting.
• Support and handle 000 Korea’s IT issues.
• Internal System (MS office, e-mail, diogene, stock view, dynamics, Retail-Pro etc.) issue handling with HQ IT team and local IT Provider.
• Support & manage boutiques R-RPO issues in cooperation with IT Provider & HQ IT Team.
• Participate to corporate projects for the enhancement of the support and knowledge sharing processes, procedures, and tools with HQ IT Team.
• Lead maintains and support IT local and new projects (Data back-up system, One-drive etc.)
• Manage IT Budgeting, Purchasing and vendors selection procedures.
• Suggest IT solutions and environment improvement.
• Guarantee local IT Policies and Standards are in accordance with HQ guideline.
• Support HR for employees’ Onboarding & Offboarding related IT process.
• Guarantee IT support and training on relevant systems, collect emerging needs and inputs. (Manage lifecycle of IT assets (for hardware and software, from acquisition to disposal)
• Office & Boutique IT stock and estate management (Laptop, Apple account & Assets management, Server, MS Office license etc.)
• Office & Boutique Facility management (Conference equipment setting, Wifi, Telephone, IT License etc.)
경력 및 자격요건
• 3-6 years of work history, experience in retail management or equivalent level of experience.
• Language: English and local language(s) - Professional efficiency.
• Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technology (server, network, Retail-Pro, Dynamics, ERP, Office365, SharePoint, One-Drive… )
