1. Pre-season Planning
- Review store base grading by analyzing historical sales, SKU efficiency, and specific store needs as well as strategy. Work with Visual Merchandising on capacity planning to make sure the stores have the right amount of SKU’s per space/concept at any point in time
2. In-season Planning
- Inbound tracking & Outbound planning
Coordination with other departments for Inbound & Outbound
Ensure products are unloaded and sent to the stores in a timely manner partnering with SCM team and logistics
- Performance analyzing
Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal reporting (Style level)
Drive the discussion on actions needed based on trading
Review the plans for upcoming seasons against actual situation and create final store plans and stock flow for allocation.
- Product flow management
Ensure an efficient inventory flow between channels and locations; transfers in and out, store vs warehouse, and that any opportunities are fulfilled.
Seasonal return/retrimming management
3. Process improvement
- Ensure existing tools are compatible with country needs and highlight it to improve
- Create extensive Lessons-learnt analyses for previous seasons to be used for future season
경력 및 자격요건
-At least 5~8 Years of relevant experience
-Traditional 또는 Sport 브랜드 출신 RMD 경험자
- MD 경력보다는 Planning 경험 필수
-General supply chain management knowledge
-Forecasting technique & distribution planning is prerequisite
-Understanding of fashion industry is plus
-Excellent Communication skill
-Good proficiency in written/spoken English preferred
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
-Anaplan, CBR experience preferred
