Develop & design annual training plans and strategies in accordance with the global guideline of both brands.
: product, coaching sales talks, transfer to conversion skills, customer service, consultation, etc.
Prepare and provide training materials and manuals.
Execute training module and measure training performance.
- BC integration (all BC training)
- New product launching training.
- BC personalization, BC specialization, Expertise.
Identify individual BC development needs and suggest implementation action plans.
- Specific training based on company strategy or project basis.
- POS training and coaching at the counter completing field training and coaching follow-up form.
Closely communicate and cooperate with Sales, E-com, and MKT teams to anticipate the training and product guide requirements to achieve sales targets.
: Support various company or team projects. (New product launching, all kinds of offline promotional activities, online livestream, etc.)
경력 및 자격요건
5 ~ 7 years experience in training, and retail sales in the cosmetic/consumer industry. (대리- 과장급)
Deep knowledge of cosmetology and makeup.
Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
Able to talk a brand language
Fluent in both Korean and English
Adequate skills in PC business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
