Successful Collection Planning, Building and Launching
-Strategize with leather goods category manager to improve opportunities to achieve successful collection plan and goal for Volume driver
-Ensure the collection is represented on the markets according to the target IMU and OTB
-collaborate with global merchandising team to determine customer demand and fashion trend per region's performance.
Project management
-Should be able to organize timeline well for each project include Special Edition development
-Follow up details from the beginning of sample development to release
-Prioritize & manage the task daily and weekly
-Need strong communication skill to work closely with product related team
Market research & Analysis
-Conduct on&off line market research with report and follow market trend properly
-Should be able to provide insight into fashion, leather goods and customers especially for Men's and Unisex line.
