Retail Manager(대리점 영업 총괄)

  •  To carry out regular visit on all shops and commercial markets to collect market information and to ensure of display quality according to visual merchandising concept, proper use of communication materials, shop tidiness and cleanliness.
     Prepare monthly sales report by shop for submission to sales director domestic.
     Analyze KPI and share regularly the information with staffs in stores and team.
     Communicate with store and office teams about action plan to increase KPI.
     Handle all information inquiry from related business partners including department store offices.
     To build and maintain close working relationship with related business partners.
     Inform shop opening & closing, renewal, special sales events data and detail to other staff.
     Prepare special event plan report including event Lay-out, sales forecast, and promotional activities.
     Support the stores to make a success of the sales promotion activities.
     To manage manpower allocation and the work schedule of all related staff of retail team in terms of overtime, leave, absence, reporting late for work, getting cooperation from related business partners.
     To plan for the opening of new and renewal of existing shops in terms of shop furnishing and architecture, space negotiation, product selection, staff hiring within required time and budget.
     On behalf of members of retail team, communicate marketing issues based on the consensus of retail team.
     To motivate retail team members so to conduct his(or her) plan for career path and to perform better on his(or her) duties.

  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
    ✓ At least 10 years experiences of retail industry field.
    ✓ Be results orientated and make constant progress towards and achieve sales goals.
    ✓ Understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
    ✓ Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
    ✓ Have effective communication skills, including the abilities to negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
    ✓ Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
