    [주요 업무]
    1. Strategic initiatives management
    - Supports Co's strategic plan such as new biz model development, new product development and new risk development
    - Executes Group Ops Initiatives such as T**, E*** etc
    - Leads the improvement of all channel new Biz submission and underwriting procedure
    - Leads the underwriting risk management process by identifying improvement areas through the latest claims ratio, sales pattern, regulations analysing, and proposing implement plan with working closely with every stakeholder
    - Participates in relating to service enhancement or business initiatives arise from company’s strategic/operational business plan
    2. Quality / productivity management
    - Delegates underwriting authority to underwriters and ensure adequate controls, monitoring and review/appraisal are in place to ensure continuous competency of the authority holders and the quality of the underwriting decisions
    - Supervises the DM channel sales Quality Assurance process, and Sales QA center’ performance
    - Supervises the New policy document quality management procedure
    - Achieves the targeted service quality benchmarks
    3. Peaple management and Other responsibilities
    - Supervises and motivates Underwriting team members by offering recognition for superior customer service results, allowing job variety, providing feedback on employees’ performance, empowering employees to make decisions and supporting traing & development activities
    - Manages the productivity of team for stable and efficient perforamane and customer satisfaction.
    - Manages the succession planning by reviewing and identifying potential successors, further to implement training and development activities to ensure the succession planning is effective
    - Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
    4. Underwriting

  • [자격 요건]
    - 10 years or above experience in Life Underwriting function
    - People leader experience is preferred
    - High level of acumen in the areas of listening, strategic/analytical thinking, problem solving and innovative thinking
    - Proven ability / leadership to manage the Team
    - Strong interpersonal/relationship skill
    - High self-motivation and positive working attitude
