Business management
- Plan and implement action plans to achieve saels target by driving retail team, while proactively cooperating with Store Manager, MD, and VM
- Develop and roll out global/local in-store animations
- Analyse saels figures, retail KPIs, and market data and provide with quantitative insight
- Monitor market trends and business environment, including competitors' and retailers' activities
Build and maintain partnership
- Build strategic relationships with retailers to help achieve business goals
- Closely cooeperate with other departments including CRM, MD, VM, and HR
Team management
- Communicate vision and directions clearly to retail team. Ensure policies and guidelines are well implemented within Australia
- Structure the organization of retail activity and allocate responsibilities
- Monitor sales team performance, oversee overall staff performance and potential evaluation processes
Retail Operation
- Drive retail operational excellence ensuring that brand standards are applied and maintained with efficiecy and accuracy in all stores including customer service, phisical environment, security and back office activities
- Visit the sales floor regularly to ensure stores are being managed in accordance with guidelines, to gain insights from the store team, and to idendify or resolce issues
- Keep senior management informed of issues, decisions and procedures change at store level that impact business significantly
경력 및 자격요건
- Bacheler's Degree Holder
- 10+ years of relevant retail experinece, preferably in luxury fashion industry
- Initiating action: Responds quickly; Take independent action not waiting for others to act; Achieve goals beyond what is required
- Strong analytical skill: Data-driven, creating insights from data, relevant working knlowledge
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to meet business needs
- Ability to adapt fo fast paced and changing environment
- Self-motivated and indepedent but also good team player
- Good command of Korean and English
