- Set merchandising strategies and OTB plands
- Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning in accordance with respective merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory, delivery, and reordering situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained across all categories
- Responsible for stock rebalancing aligned with store damand and recent sales trend
- Monitor and analyze sales and sell-through of all categories including SO and initiate appropriate strageties and tactics to liquidate stocks and boost sales
- Take care of mark-down.mark-up and merchandise related for seasonal sales periods
- Maintain knowledge of market trends including competitors' product strategies and performance
- Communicate effectively with HQ team to provide products feedback and suggestion(RTS&SO) based-on in depth understanding of the market trend
- Work closely with Retail Team to develop merchandising mix and maximize sales performance

- Degree holder
- Min 5 years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably in high-end fashion
- Excellence understanding of the entire buying and merchandising process
- Analycal, attention to details with high level of accuracy, a strong team player
- Take initiative and ownership, structured and organized, energetic and self-motivated
- Able to react quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to meet business needs
- Able to adapt to fast paced and changing environmnet
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korea
- High level of financial and business acumen
