•B/L & Invoice Check, Update it on the Import Master file, Data download from JDE 1, Making an Offer Sheet, Import Duties Calculation(Tariff, SCT, EDT, VAT) manually, Apply FTA/CITES, Send it to Customs broker w/ re-check all in accord with the Laws & Regulations of Korea Customs, Clear Customs, Confirm of delivery to store, Stock take into JDE1
Customs clearance - Export
•Receiving merchandise from Store. Create transfer in COMPASS, refund Duties calculation (Tariff, SCT, EDT) manually, flight schedule confirmation, Send the export documents to Customs broker, Clear Customs, Claim drawback

OFC inventory Management
•Using COMPASS/E1, Damage, Wardrobe, Dept.299 items, etc..

Warehouse Management
•Organize & Secure Space in the warehouse through disposal, shredding

Back up - Operations Manger
•Dept. 299 Employee Sales, Security issue, Domestic transfer

2~5 years’ customs clearance experience in retail business (FMCG industry is preferred) (Logistics, SCM related)
University graduate
Strong communication skill
Strong customer oriented and people focus
Solid knowledge of inventory management
Proficient OA (especially MS-Excel) skill and detailed person
Intermediate level in English
Working experience for a foreign fashion/jewelry company
