• Lead continuous food innovation process with team members and related department Marketing, SCM, OPS
• Developing new products (all menu, including pizza, side dishes, dough, sauces, and toppings, etc) aligned with company’s strategic direction
• Lead new product development for new restaurant concept (FCD, EXPRESS etc)
• Build sustainable product pipeline that reflects treads and consumer needs
• Improve and control the quality od base ingredients toping sough sauce
• Liaison with FI related people in YUM network
• Design ideal food cost that benefits both customers and company
• Develop cooking / serving manual and train operation for successful new product launching
• Improve operational consistency in menu quality thru quality check process
• Motivate team members to become experts in pizza innovation
• Cultivate active and visioning FI organization culture
• Liaison with relates people in YUM! Network
경력 및 자격요건
• Over 15 year of project development or chef’s experience
• Degrees and diplomas from culinary school, bakery school, or related colleges take precedence
• Hands-on experience in menu development (NPD Team in Franchise preferred
• Full understanding of the process in New Product development
• Proficient knowledge in western cooking, food ingredients and dough preferred
• Experience in corporate and / or strategic planning is preferred
• Experience interpersonal skills and ability to build team environment in order to active revenue, profit and growth targets
• Ability to build, motivate, mange and develop strong team
• Building and sustaining relationship across all function and through all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal / written)
