• Sales planning & Retail Excellence
- Ensure that stores achieve the budget plan and take necessary actions accordingly
- Monitor monthly sell-in and sell-out closely
- Effective communication with DF operators and store team to prepare the right merchandise for Travel Retail channel. Negotiate monthly sell-in budgets
- Develop commercial action plans with each store to increase sales opportunity, sales growth and conversion rate
- Review monthly stock level and ensure to manage healthy inventory level. Find the right strategy to move slow sellers and thus reduce returns.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold excellent standards and consistency of client service
• People Management
- Recruit new store team in liaise with HR partner
- Conduct coaching to store management (store manager, supervisor)
- Analyze store staff performance on quarterly basis and provide formal feedback and development opportunities.
- Foster teamwork and motivate staff
• Market/Industry Vigilance
- Monitor DF operators’ business practices including discount and promotions and reports for necessary actions
- Attentive to competitors’ activities, pricing change plan, store network changes, promotions etc) and report/share with team in timely manner
• Communication & partnership
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sell-in arrivals and timely financial reporting (with local Finance team and NY Retail excellence team)
- Collaborate with local marketing team on annual Travel Retail advertisement plan

- 10+ years’ experience within Sales area
- Experience as a people manager
- University degree
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, organizational skills
- Good knowledge in Travel Retail industry
