1. Internal and external interface on Thermal Management System requirements.
2. Support AQP AET and AE projects on system architecture, requirements and performance.
3. Review and evaluate customer system requirements and convert into TI project system and
interface specifications (fluidic, mechanical and electrical).
4. Develop, simulate and operate Thermal Management System related mechatronics,
electronics and software interactions.
5. Breakdown of system requirements to component level in line with V-Model.
6. Identify and implement efficiency, performance and cost improvements.
7. Simulate Thermal Management System architecture on vehicle level down to component
level and align with HIL Tester results, virtual vs. reality training.
8. Generate and actively train TI team on system know how.
9. Generate and maintain engineering standards and guidelines.
10. Collaboration with customers, development partners and suppliers.
11. Business trips upon request.
12. Carry over of new tasks and responsibilities given the job description.

- At least 5 years’ experience in Thermal Management in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated ability in Thermal System competence
- Solid knowhow in thermal simulation
- Experienced in product engineering in line with the V-Model according to
AQP process
