• Participate in semiconductor equipment and factory automation control software systems design, develop and test
• Participate in software systems customer support and related test development environment routine maintenance and refactor
• On-site support our customers in case of complicated SW issues
• Provide in depth information about potential SW issues to the SW team
• Identify HW issues with the help of SW tools (e.g. a debugger or SW logs)
• Detailed analysis of process and MTBA/MTBF data and log files to guide process or software optimization
• Serve as a lead technical interface to customers
• Troubleshooting and repairing of our equipment and troubleshooting of equipment’s software
• Collecting data and run experiments to support the K&S software sustaining teams
• Preparation of internal summary reports and customer presentations

• 5+ years of work experience in semiconductor industry, computer, electronics, automation and related BS degree or above.
• Strong, demonstrated aptitude and deep understanding of highly advanced machinery
• Experience with flip chip, die attach or thermocompression bonding highly preferred
• Experience with troubleshooting advanced machinery
• Experience with data analysis methods by developing scripts, such as Matlab or Python
• Experience with software terminology, debugging and knowledge of C++
• Experience with basic image processing knowhow and use of oscilloscopes preferred
• Experience with Factory Automation, SEMI standards preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
• Very good command of English in both written and verbal, communication, collaboration, communication skills
• Willingness to travel about 30%
