직무 요약
- Supervise Operations Accounting Team which is composed of three sub teams such as Accounts Receivable team, Accounts Payable team and Cashiers team.
- Set up procedures for internal control over financial operations to meet SOX requirements.
- Assign job duties to each and every team members in line with team objectives to achieve F&A goals.
- Communicate actively with Sales, Profit Centers and other departments for efficient processing of daily operations
- Cashiers team : Responsible for processing premium receipting without missing or delay on a daily basis. Reconciliation between Cashman and AXS1 must be followed up.
- Accounts payable team : Responsible for making timely disbursement for general operating expenses, loss payment, return premium and other payments based on service level agreement.
- Accounts Receivanle team : Responsible for keeping reconciled list of Accounts receivables and performing credit control according to the result of AR processing.
경력 및 자격요건
- University Graduate with about 10 years of experience in financial services and accounting
- Knowledge enough to understand accountings in insurance business, both local and global
- Strong leadership skills to manage change internally and externally and make things happen
- Hgh proficiency in English & Korean, both spoken and written
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
