• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries including quotations via various routes.
• Route qualified opportunities to the sales managers for further development and closure.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Actively utilize SalesForce for relevant sales processes.
• Maximize customer relationships through timely routine contact with both new and existing customers.
• Identify market intelligence on competitive activity and communicate to appropriate internal resources in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested and works effectively with other team members to ensure the goals and objectives of the organization are met
• Participate in projects and other initiatives inside and/or outside of the assigned area, team or business group, as needed
• Act as a primary point of contact between company and key customers. Implement plans aimed at business retention and improve customer satisfaction.
• Understand and keep track of changing key customer needs and business environments to ensure the most appropriate support is provided to fulfil key customers' needs.
• Liaise with internal departments to maximize sales opportunities. Provide concise and adequate reporting and information-sharing on a regular basis. Maintain detailed customer profiling database and provide business analysis.
경력 및 자격요건
• 5-8 years of overall work experience in sales suport
• Experience in the distribution of chemistry, ideally from industrial materials
• Experience with Salesforce . JDE is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
